If you require the services of an attentive family law attorney, personal injury attorney, or immigration lawyer and you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, look to the Nwokoye Law firm for compassionate and astute legal advice that will steer your legal matter to the best possible conclusion. Violet Nwokoye is not only an attorney who is proactive in establishing and fighting for your rights in the courtroom, but she is also a licensed psychotherapist who has great ability to understand the dynamics of a particular situation in a way that goes beyond the law. If you have been injured in an accident or your rights and being have been violated she will be your confident and aggressive advocate in the courtroom. However, she is also a lawyer who believes that settling disputes outside of the courtroom can sometimes be more advantageous than utilizing the more acrimonious experience of a trial.

Ms. Nwokoye understands that reason and compassion can prevail when a balanced and fair approach is applied, and that judges are to be used when necessary and not as a scare tactic or method of abuse. In family law oftentimes a more nuanced approach is required because in most cases children are involved. Their lives will be greatly changed by a divorce and custody dispute and how that dispute is resolved will have a profound effect on their psyche. Being able to create an outcome where everyone leaves on the best possible terms, where property and child custody is apportioned with all respect of the law, and where the children are provided for mentally, physically, and financially is always the goal of Ms. Nwokoye.
